We know how important the Guild Raid is to our players, so over the years we’ve tried our best to mitigate the impact of game crashes, disconnects, and other accidents that can cut a raid attempt short.
To this end, the number of Guild Raid Retries was increased from 1 to 3 with the patch on May 30, 2023.
At the time, we in the support team expected the number of accidents (and consequently, help requests) to decrease, so we decided to keep assisting with the few cases where players still lost out on raid attempts.
Initially, this worked as predicted and we received significantly fewer contacts, but over time, the number of help requests increased to near what it was before the change. This effectively negates the intended effect of the additional retries, and as such, the support team will no longer assist with lost raid attempts, regardless of reason.
