Please note that the rewards are not sent unless you're active in game during the scheduled delivery hours. If you don't log on, no reward will be delivered.
Also bear in mind that the mails with the reward will expire once sent, so ensure you pick them up.
As these rewards are provided daily, and as there are no confirmed issue with the mail distribution, our Customer Service team will not assist with missed rewards.
