We're aware that since the patch on July 22 (5th Anniversary), some users are experiencing crashes when entering certain parts of the game, such as Adventure stages and Short Stories.
The development team at Kong Studios is attempting to identify the cause and devise a solution.
We're hoping for a swift fix, but we are conscious that the issue may be complex and take time to fully address. In the meantime, we're grateful for your patience and understanding.

We want to inform you that patch 3.29.1 will be released to address a confirmed game client stability issue.
Once the client patch is complete, you will need to update your game via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to continue playing.
