We're aware of two three issues related to account login.
- Some users have been logged out of their accounts after today's update.

Some users are asked which account to log in to every time they launch the game.This issue has now been resolved. - Some users get stuck on the login screen or loading screen and are unable to enter the game.
The above issues appear to mainly affect Android users, but not all Android users.
Issue #1
If you're repeatedly being prompted to choose which account to log in to, we ask for your patience. The developers have been alerted to the issue, and it's under investigation.
If you've been logged out, please log in again, and you should be able to continue playing as normal.
Issue #2
Update: The issue has been resolved. You will need to update the game through the Google Play Store in order to apply the fix, and you may be asked to log in one more time after that
Should you log in and find that your account progress has been reset, it is most likely because you've logged in to the wrong account or the wrong server. Make sure that the account, server, and world (if you're on the North America server) are correct and then try again. If you still can't locate your account, please contact our support team, and we will attempt to recover your account for you. Please note that if you're playing on the Asia 1 or Asia 2 server, you will need to contact the support team for Guardian Tales Asia.
We will need to know the following information:
- Account nickname AND hashtag (the name alone might not be enough)
- The server you were playing on.

Issue #3
Some users have reported that reinstalling the game temporarily resolves the issue, but also that the issue soon returns. We've forwarded your reports to the developers, and the issue is being looked into.
